1. Booking & Contract Formation

Your agreement for healthcare and travel services is entered into with Medisafar. A contract is established once we confirm your booking—for treatment, accommodation, travel arrangements, or any related services—and receive your booking request along with the required deposit. All communications regarding your booking should be directed to Medisafar.

2. Payments

A minimum advance payment of 25% is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance payable prior to the commencement of your treatment or travel arrangements. Medisafar reserves the right to determine the advance amount based on the nature of the services and the time remaining before the scheduled start. For certain specialized treatments or during peak periods, full payment may be required in advance.

3. Payment Options

Payments can be made via Credit Card using our secure online payment gateway, bank transfer, or cash payment at our designated offices. All payments must be made without any deductions (including withholding tax or other charges). Any remittance-related bank charges must be borne by the payer.

4. Modification of Treatment & Itinerary

Once your treatment plan and travel itinerary are finalized, we will adhere to the confirmed schedule. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, Medisafar reserves the right to modify or adjust parts of your itinerary or treatment schedule to ensure your safety and the highest quality of care.

5. Refunds

Refunds for unused or cancelled services will be processed according to our internal policies. Please allow 2–4 weeks for the refund process to be completed, due to banking procedures. Any bank charges incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Liabilities & Limitations

After the finalization of service costs, any increases in applicable fees—such as government taxes, entrance fees, fuel surcharges, or additional service charges—will be passed on as extra costs. Medisafar acts solely as an agent for hospitals, airlines, transport providers, and other service partners. All orders, receipts, contracts, and tickets issued by us are subject to the terms and conditions of these service providers. We are not responsible for any delays, changes, or additional expenses incurred due to natural events, equipment malfunctions, political situations, or any other events beyond our control.

Medisafar does not provide insurance coverage for accidents, illnesses, or theft. We recommend that international travelers secure appropriate insurance prior to travel. All personal belongings and luggage remain at the client’s risk.

7. Passports & Visas

International travelers must have a valid passport (with a minimum of six months validity) and a valid visa for travel to India. Please note that passport and visa processing fees are not included in the cost of your package.

8. Health & Safety

For the safety of all patients and travelers, individuals with contagious conditions or who have not disclosed essential health information may be subject to additional screening. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete health details to ensure that appropriate care and treatment are provided.
